How to play
A subject is chosen. Everyone else writes one line about them — a 🔥 roast or a 🙌 toast. The lines land on the subject's phone; they pick their three favorites and read them aloud. The room reacts 🔥/🙌/💀, then the author is revealed. Clean and family settings are Toast-only.

Launch Roast or Toast, pick a subject, and run the writers' room — nuke any line with ✕. Let the subject curate, then MC the delivery: reveal each author and move the mic along. Crown the Sharpest Pen and Best Sport.
